This is it!  Prom week.  The Post Prom committee couldn't be more excited to see our students come together and celebrate at Pinz this Friday night right after Prom. We want to share some necessary and helpful information, which will make the evening more fun for our students. If you have any questions about any of these, please reach out!

BAG DROP OFF

All HHS students attending Post Prom must drop off their change of clothes bag at HHS on Friday morning (comfy clothes, shoes, etc.).  Our team will be in the HS auditorium from 7-8am collecting the bags as students arrive. For non-HHS guests attending Post Prom, we will have volunteers in the bus loop from 4:30-5:30pm collecting GUEST bags. All bags will be checked by volunteers.  Please note: 

  • If ANY unidentifiable, illegal, and/or banned items are found in bags, they will be confiscated and the student/guest will be denied admittance. 

  • We highly discourage bringing any medication but, if necessary, please label ALL prescriptions or over the counter medications and place them in a clearly labeled ziploc bag. Students are responsible for keeping medications with their bags but may ask for assistance from chaperones if needed.

  • If any outside food/beverages, or liquids of any sort, are found, they will be removed and discarded.

  • Your change of clothes bag MUST have a zipper or closure. The bags will be transported from HHS to Pinz so, to ensure the security of your items, make sure the bag can be closed. We will not accept plastic, paper or reusable shopping bags.  

PINZ ATTIRE

Socks will be required when wearing bowling shoes so make sure to pack a pair in your bag.  Beyond that, we recommend comfortable clothing.

TUXEDOS

If your child rented a tux from Formalwear LTD (came to HHS for fittings), have them put their change of clothes bag in the provided garment bag the tuxedo arrived in.  When they change out of the tuxedo, they should put the tux and all the accessories in the garment bag and drop the bag in the pick up bin at Pinz.  A representative will be coming later that night to retrieve the tuxedos.  There will also be a drop off box at HHS.

PICK UP PROCEDURE

Students must be picked up at Pinz in Milford by an adult (21+) by 2am. Pick up will be allowed starting at 1am. Upon arrival, please text your student(s) to let them know you are there.  You will need to check out with one of our parent volunteers inside of Pinz.  At that time, those students can leave with you. No student will be dismissed prior to 1am.  

Our goal is to make this the best night possible for the Class of 2025 and we very much appreciate your support and cooperation.  Here is to a night filled with lots of laughs and memories all around!
